Ginger soda

I’m a huge fan of Ginger in most of my meals, so one of my go-to methods of hydration is with Ginger Soda. It’s really simple to make and full of health benefits, but instead of boring you with all of the incredible benefits, have a look at this link from WebMD to learn more.

The only kicker here is that you need a blender and a soda maker, like a SodaStream. ( I do not get paid for any of the links, btw)

Now the simple recipe.

  • One good knob of ginger - 2 to 3 inches in length

  • 750ml of cold water

Blend the water and ginger together in the blender. Pour it through a strainer to remove the excess ginger. Add it to your SodaStream container. Fizz it up. That’s it. Your body will thank you!
